摘要 本文分析了目前应用型高校工程实践教育体系存在的主要问题。基于新工科的内涵和特征,山西大同大学加强校企协同育人机制的建设,围绕以学生为中心的新工科理念,校企共同制定面向新工科的人才培养的目标,从产业需求、社会需求为导向,校企共同构建多层次工程实践教育体系,并从加强校内外实践平台建设、学科竞赛训练、毕业设计“双导师制”等方面进行探索和实践。 This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current engineering practice education system of application-oriented universities. Based on the connotation and characteristics of new engineering, Shanxi Datong University strengthens the construction of school enterprise collaborative education mechanism, and around the concept of new engineering with students as the center, the University and enterprises jointly formulate the goal of talent training oriented to new engineering, jointly build a multi-level engineering practice education system from the industrial demand and social demand, and strengthened the construction of the practice platform inside and outside the school, The discipline competition training and graduation design "double tutor system" are explored and practiced.
