摘要
煤矿区段巷道受断层困扰及其带来的支护难题较为普遍,针对5202运输平巷所面临的支护难题,在分析其多项支护难点的基础上,结合本矿巷道支护经验及矿压显现具体情况,依据不同顶板条件制定针对性补强支护方案。在整个巷道掘进期间,过断层时使用补强支护方案的巷道区段共10处,经矿压观测,统计到巷道最大顶板下沉量为144 mm,两帮最大移近量为180 mm,支护效果良好,实现了预期的安全效益及技术经济效益。
The roadways in coal mine area are troubled by faults and the supporting problems caused by faults are common. In view of the supporting problems faced by 5202 transport roadway, based on the analysis of many supporting difficulties, combined with the support experience of the mine roadway and the specific conditions of the mine pressure,the reinforcement support scheme is made according to different roof conditions. During the whole roadway excavation period, there are 10 roadway sections where the reinforcement support scheme is used when crossing the fault. According to the mine pressure observation, the maximum roof subsidence of the roadway is 144 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 180 mm. The support effect is good, and the expected safety benefits and technical and economic benefits have been achieved.
