Application Effect Analysis of Mobile Information System in the First Risk Assessment of Orthopedics Department

目的:探讨移动护理信息系统在骨科患者首次风险评估中的应用效果。方法:随机选取216例新入院患者,分为对照组与实验组,每组108例。实验组使用移动护理信息系统,对照组使用纸质版书写风险评估和护理记录,其他步骤两组相同。结果:实验组的患者、护士满意度高于对照组,实验组评估错误例数低于对照组,实验组的评估正确率高于对照组,实验组的风险评估和护理记录书写时间低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:移动护理信息系统应用于骨科患者首次风险评估,能显著提高护理质量与护理安全。

Objective:To explore the application effect of mobile nursing information system in the first risk assessment of orthopedic patients. Methods:216 newly admitted patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,108 cases in each group. Experimental group used mobile nursing information system during risk assessment and nursing record writing,while the control group used paper version.In other steps,same methods were used in the two groups. Results:The satisfaction of patients and nurses in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The number of evaluation errors in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The evaluation accuracy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The writing time of risk assessment and nursing records in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The above differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:The application of mobile nursing information system can improve the quality and safety of nursing in the first risk assessment of orthopedic patients.
