2015-2020年广西新报告不同民族HIV/AIDS流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of newly reported HIV/AIDS of different ethnic in Guangxi,2015-2020

目的了解2015—2020年广西新报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS)不同民族流行特征。方法选取广西2015—2020年57804例新发现报告HIV/AIDS,采用描述性流行病学方法分析不同民族流行特征。结果少数民族病例在广西分布广泛;汉族所占比例从2015年的62.67%降至2020年的55.78%,而壮族从33.21%升至38.42%,瑶族从2.48%升至3.09%;汉族在男性、50岁及以上的年龄所占的比例均高于少数民族,而婚姻状况为离异或丧偶、职业为农民、小学及以下的文化程度、经异性传播所占的比例低于少数民族(P<0.05)。结论2015—2020年广西新报告HIV/AIDS中少数民族占比逐年增加,汉族和少数民族HIV/AIDS具有不同的流行特征,应制定适合少数民族的艾滋病防治策略,减少艾滋病传播。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of newly reported HIV infected patients and AIDS patients(HIV/AIDS)of different ethnic group in Guangxi from 2015 to 2020.Methods A total of 57804 newly reported HIV/AIDS in Guangxi from 2015 to 2020 were selected,and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of different ethnic groups.Results Cases of ethnic minorities were widely distributed in Guangxi.The proportion of Han ethnic group dropped from 62.67%in 2015 to 55.78%in 2020,while the cases of Zhuang ethnic group and Yao ethnic group increased from 33.21%to 38.42%and from 2.48%to 3.09%,respectively.The proportions of male cases and aged over 50 years old of Han ethnic group were higher than those of ethnic minorities,while the proportions of cases with marital status of divorced or widowed,farmers,the cases with education level of primary school and below and the cases of heterosexual transmission were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions From 2015 to 2020,the proportion of newly reported HIV/AIDS of ethnic minorities in Guangxi were increasing year by year.Cases of Han ethnic group and ethnic minorities showed different HIV/AIDS epidemic characteristics.It is necessary to formulate AIDS prevention and control strategies suitable for ethnic minorities to reduce the spread of AIDS.
