The professional learning community has gradually been attached more attention and importance nowadays, and has become an important platform to promote the development of teacher education management. This article mainly expounds on the professional learning community as a practical way of teacher education management, clarifying the concept of professional learning community through literature analysis, outlining the main characteristics of professional learning community, and discussing the relationship between professional learning community and teacher education management. At the same time, the dynamic development mode of professional learning community is discussed as an innovative thinking to improve teacher education management.
