教育管理视域下专业学习社群的逻辑样态与可为路向

摘要 专业学习社群在当下逐渐受到关注与重视,成为促进教师教育管理发展的重要平台。文章主要阐释专业学习社群作为教师教育管理的实践途径,透过文献解析来厘清专业学习社群的概念,勾勒专业学习社群的主要特征,并论述专业学习社群与教师教育管理的关联,同时探讨专业学习社群的动态发展模式以作为提升教师教育管理的创新思考。 The professional learning community has gradually been attached more attention and importance nowadays, and has become an important platform to promote the development of teacher education management. This article mainly expounds on the professional learning community as a practical way of teacher education management, clarifying the concept of professional learning community through literature analysis, outlining the main characteristics of professional learning community, and discussing the relationship between professional learning community and teacher education management. At the same time, the dynamic development mode of professional learning community is discussed as an innovative thinking to improve teacher education management.
