数字转型背景下高校课程溢出效应的内涵、形态与表征 被引量:2

摘要 溢出作为一个经济学词汇常被用于解释经济活动的外部性,教育作为具有鲜明公益性的社会活动,研究者较少采取溢出效应的视角来对其分析。随着高等教育的开放性加速发展,高校课程的溢出效应逐渐得到放大并被关注,因课程溢出收益归属问题模糊导致相关的司法案件也逐渐增多。高校课程的溢出效应主要包括技术溢出效应、人力资本溢出效应和文化溢出效应。在建设数字化高校的浪潮下,高校课程溢出效应体现出鲜明的溢出加速化、数字课程版权保护的淡漠化和空间溢出效应的扩大化等特征。 As an economic vocabulary, spillover is often used to explain the externalities of economic activities, while education, as a social activity with distinct features of public welfare, is seldom analyzed from the perspective of spillover effect. With the open expansion of higher education, the spillover effect of college curriculum has been gradually magnified and paid attention to, and the judicial cases related to the vague attribution of curriculum spillover income are gradually increasing as well. The spillover effect of university curriculum mainly includes technology spillover effect, human capital spillover effect and culture spillover effect. Under the wave of building digital colleges and universities, the spillover effect of college courses is characterized by the acceleration of spillover, the indifference to copyright protection of digital courses and the expansion of spatial spillover effect.
