摘要
针对PDS系统出料球阀执行机构仪表回讯杆的频繁断裂现象,文章通过分析回讯杆实际运行工况确定了其失效的主要原因,并基于疲劳理论,利用有限元软件验证了失效原因的合理性。随后实施了相应的解决措施,有效地提高了回讯杆的使用寿命,减少了由于回讯杆断裂而产生的经济损失。
For the frequent fracture of the instrument feedback rod of the actuator of the discharge ball valve in PDS System.By analyzing the actual operating conditions of the feedback stick,the main causes of its failure are determined in this article.Based on fatigue theory,the rationality of the failure causes is verified by finite element software.Then the corresponding solutions were implemented,which effectively improved the service life of the feedback rod and reduced the economic losses caused by the fracture of the feedback rod.
