摘要
带钢跟踪是冷轧连续生产机组不可缺少的功能,是实现现代化自动控制的首要条件。它对带钢在生产线上的情况进行整体监控,就好似整个控制系统的神经线,联系着电气系统一、二级的信息传导,实现自动控制。带钢跟踪是连续退火机组电气控制中最为复杂的一个环节。本文以本钢二冷轧连续退火机组一级带钢跟踪为中心,以机组自投产以来出现过的一级跟踪故障为主要内容,对带钢跟踪基本理论,一级跟踪故障处理,以及跟踪系统的完善进行了阐述。
Strip tracking is the necessary function for continuous product line of cold rolled sheet,it’s the chief condition in realizing modern automation.It make whole monitor of the state which the strip run through the product line,it connect level 1 and level 2 of electric control system as if the nerve center transfer the message in order to realize automation.Strip tracking is the most complex factor of electric control system on continuous annealing line.The paper centers about strip tracking of lever 1system on the continuous annealing line of BXSteel POSCO Cold Rolled Sheet Co.Ltd.,focus on the trouble shooting of level 1 strip tracking that happened on the continuous annealing line of the second cold rolled sheet since it has been on stream,and also describe the basic theory of strip tracking,several trouble disposal and system consummate of level 1 strip tracking on the continuous annealing line.
