摘要
纳米材料在植物组织培养上的研究和应用才刚刚起步。本文综述纳米材料在植物组织培养过程中对愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响、对体细胞无性系变异的影响、对细胞代谢产物的影响;以及纳米材料在外植体灭菌和植物遗传转化上的应用,并对其发展前景进行展望,旨在为后续进一步将纳米材料应用于植物组织培养提供一定的参考价值。
The research on the application of nanomaterials to plant tissue culture has just begun.This review focuses on the effects of nanomaterials on callus induction and differentiation in the process of plant tissue culture,and on somatic clonal variation and cellular metabolites;And the application of nanomaterials to the sterilization of explants and genetic transformation of plants and its development prospects are looked into,aiming to provide some reference value for the subsequent further application of nanomaterials to plant tissue culture.
