摘要
在中美合资企业中,存在不同文化背景的双方人员由于价值观念、信仰风俗、行为习惯以及语言表达等各方面的不同,经常会在企业经营的重大问题上产生矛盾冲突,如果管理者不能理性直面这种文化冲突,任其发展很可能会造成双方员工对立和冲突,如果管理者能让冲突融合,企业将稳定发展,因此找到双方员工存在哪些文化差异是至关重要的环节。
In a Sino-US joint venture,personnel from both sides with different cultural backgrounds often have conflicts on major issues of enterprise operation due to differences in values,beliefs,customs,behaviors,language expressions and other aspects.If managers cannot face such cultural conflicts rationally and directly,their development is likely to cause confrontation and conflict between employees of both sides.If managers can integrate the conflicts,the enterprise will develop steadily.Therefore,it is crucial to find out what cultural differences exist between the employees of both sides.
