养老机构远程医养结合体系的构建及成效评价

Construction and evaluation of remote integrated medical care and pension services system for patients with chronic disease in pension institutions

目的探讨养老机构老年慢性疾病患者构建远程医养结合体系的效果。方法选择2020年5月至2022年3月100例老年慢性疾病患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组接受远程医养结合体系服务,对照组则按传统方案分别接受医养服务。3个月后,分别评价两组的就诊次数、漏服药物例数、血压、血糖水平、焦虑、抑郁评分及满意度。结果试验组的就诊次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的药物漏服例数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组的血压、血糖水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对医疗服务、心理慰藉、科普宣传及日常照护的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组对文化娱乐的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远程医养结合体系能够为养老机构老年慢性疾病患者提供更好的医疗服务,减少就诊次数、更好地控制血压和血糖水平与心理慰藉及更好的科普宣传等,同时也能促进日常照护的完善。

Objective To explore the effect of remote integrated medical care for patients with chronic disease in elderly care institutions.Methods From May 2020 to March 2022,100 patients with chronic disease in pension institutions were recruited and divided randomly into two groups according random number table method.The experimental group received the remote integrated medical care and pension services,and the control group received medical care and pension services respectively according to traditional scheme.Three months later,number of visits,number of patients who did not take medicine as required,blood pressure or blood sugar levels,anxiety,depression,and satisfaction levels were evaluated respectively.Results The number of visits of the experimental group were less than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference of number of patients who did not take medicine as required between the two groups(P>0.05);The blood pressure and blood sugar of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group had higher satisfaction with medical services,psychological comfort,science popularization and daily care than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference of cultural entertainment satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The remote integrated medical care and pension services system can provide better medical services for patients with chronic disease in pension institutions,such as reducing number of medical visits,better control of blood pressure and blood sugar,better psychological comfort and better science popularization and publicity,and promote improvement of daily care.
