Effects and research progress of phubbing between couples

信息时代,手机的使用加强了人们的信息交流,然而过度的手机使用会在伴侣间产生伴侣低头行为,对恋爱或已婚伴侣双方的人际关系质量产生多种不良影响,如降低亲密关系、婚姻满意度,增加不良情绪发生风险。本文通过对伴侣低头行为相关研究进行系统的归纳总结,阐述伴侣低头行为的概念、影响及其作用机制研究的理论基础等,探究其未来研究方向,以期为今后伴侣低头行为的相关研究提供依据。

In the information age,the use of mobile phones has strengthened people's information exchange.However,excessive mobile phone use will aggravate couples phubbing,which will have a variety of adverse effects on the quality of interpersonal relationships between romantic or married couples,such as reducing intimacy and satisfaction with marriage,and increasing the risk of negative emotions.This paper systematically summarizes the research on phubbing between couples,expounds the concept,influence and theoretical basis of research on phubbing between couples,explores its future research direction,and attempts to provide a basis for future research on phubbing between couples.
