螺旋管内饱和流动沸腾传热系数关联式分析

Evaluation Analysis of Correlations of Heat Transfer Coefficient of Saturated Flow Boiling in Helically Coiled Tubes

摘要 螺旋管因结构紧凑、传热高效、制作方便,获得了广泛应用,尤其是在反应堆等热动力系统中。目前螺旋管内饱和流动沸腾传热系数(HTC)的预测主要基于经验公式,在工程实践中需要知道这些经验公式的适用性。本文从10篇公开发表的文献中收集了951组螺旋管内饱和流动沸腾传热实验数据。基于这些数据,评价分析了13个常见的螺旋管内饱和流动沸腾HTC关联式。结果表明,预测效果最好的关联式的平均绝对误差(MAD)为38.4%,不能满足工程应用的需要,需要研究出精度更高的新关联式。 Helically coiled tubes are compact in structure,efficient in heat transfer,and easy in fabrication,and thus are widely used,especially in thermal power systems such as reactors.Currently,the prediction of heat transfer coefficient(HTC)of saturated flow boiling in helically coiled tubes is mainly based on empirical correlations.It is necessary to know the applicability of these empirical correlations in engineering practice.An experimental database was compiled,which contains 951 data points from 10 published articles.Based on the database,13 empirical correlations for saturated flow boiling HTC were evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the correlation with the highest prediction accuracy has a mean absolute deviation(MAD)of 38.4%,which is not satisfactory to engineering applications.There is a strong need to get a high accurate HTC correlation for saturated flow boiling in helically coiled tubes.
