摘要
根据一维稳态导热原理测量了锂电池的轴向导热系数。采用CFD方法模拟了测量实验的详细传热过程,根据CFD仿真结果优化了测量方法。通过对不锈钢试件导热系数的测量确定了测量方法的误差范围在3%以内。测量了18650 NCA锂电池在不同开路电压和温度下的轴向导热系数。导热系数随开路电压的增加而增大;随温度的升高而降低,试验条件下,锂电池的轴向导热系数介于8.900-12.073 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)。
The axial thermal conductivity of lithium battery was measured according to the onedimensional steady-state thermal conduction principle.The detailed heat transfer process of the measurement experiment was simulated with CFD (computational fluid dynamics),and the measurement method was optimized with the CFD simulation result.Through the measurement of thermal conductivity of stainless steel specimen,the error of the measurement method is determined to be less than 3%.The axial thermal conductivity of 18650 NCA lithium battery at different open circuit voltages and temperatures was measured.The thermal conductivity increases with the open circuit voltage and decreases with the temperature.Under the experimental conditions,the axial thermal conductivity of the lithium battery is between 8.900 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) and 12.073 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).
