我国陆路交通基础设施智能建造思考 被引量:6

摘要 智能建造是建筑业高质量发展的方向。为实现我国2035年迈入智能建造世界强国的目标,针对我国陆路交通基础设施建设,基于智能建造现状,分析了目前面临的技术瓶颈;并结合其智能建造的特点,对我国陆路交通基础设施智能建造的研究技术路线、全寿命周期管理、实现路径等三大方面进行了深入思考、探索。通过对比全价值链协同建模、一体化建模两种智能建造研究技术路线,提出更符合现阶段实际技术与应用条件的智能建造研究技术路线;从智能勘察、智能设计、智能生产、智能物流、智能施工、智能运维等方面阐述了全寿命周期陆路交通基础设施智能建造技术,提出了各阶段研发重点;并从国家、行业、企业管理及技术研发等方面多角度提出了陆路交通基础设施智能建造实现路径。 Intelligent construction is the direction for high quality development of construction industry. In order to achieve the goal of entering the world power in intelligent construction by 2035, this paper analyzes the technical bottlenecks in the construction of land transportation infrastructure based on the current situation of intelligent construction. Combined with the characteristics of intelligent construction, this paper makes a deep thinking and exploration on the research technology route, full life cycle management and realization path for intelligent construction of land transportation infrastructure in China. By comparing the two intelligent construction research technology routes of the whole value chain collaborative modeling method and the multiple phases integrated modeling method, a new technical route of intelligent construction research which is more suitable for the current actual technology and application conditions is proposed in this study. The intelligent construction technology of land transportation infrastructure in full life cycle is expounded, including the aspects of intelligent survey, intelligent design, intelligent production, intelligent logistics, intelligent construction, intelligent operation and maintenance, and the research focuses are elaborated in each stage. The development route of intelligent construction for land transportation infrastructure in China is proposed in terms of nation, industry, enterprise management and technology research, eventually.
