岩石自由膨胀率试验的改进研究

摘要 岩石自由膨胀率是膨胀岩分级判定的重要指标,主要通过室内试验获取。当前室内试验的仪器和方法存在读数方式落后、标准样制备工序繁杂、变形测量方式不科学等弊端,易导致岩石自由膨胀率试验效率低、返工率高、变形数据代表性不足等问题。本文通过对千分表和夹具等现有仪器的改进,省去了制取标准样的流程,实现试验操作智能化;通过贴合尺测量周长的变形测定方法代替现规程的点测量方式,使试验方法更科学,仪器的智能化更便捷,极大地提升了工作效率。建议推广岩石自由膨胀率周长测量的科学试验方法,改进现有规程,实现试验的智能化发展。 The free swelling rate of rock is an important index for the classification of expansive rock,which is mainly obtained through laboratory tests.At present,there are some disadvantages in the instruments and methods of indoor test,such as backward reading mode,complex standard sample preparation process,unscientific deformation measurement mode,which are easy to lead to the problems of low efficiency of rock free swelling test,high rework rate,insufficient representation of deformation data and so on.In this paper,the existing instruments such as dial indicator and fixture are improved,the process of preparing standard sample is omitted,and the intelligent test operation is realized;the deformation measurement method of measuring the perimeter by fitting ruler replaces the point measurement method in the current procedure,which makes the test method more scientific,the instrument more intelligent and convenient,and greatly improves the work efficiency.It is suggested that the scientific test method of rock free swelling rate measuring perimeter should be popularized,the existing regulations should be improved,and the intelligent development of the test should be realized.
