矮塔斜拉桥超大节段梁段悬臂施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 随着矮塔斜拉桥跨径的增加,传统挂篮悬臂施工技术已难以满足超大节段梁段的悬臂施工需求。以(44.5+108+2×200+108+44.5)m预应力矮塔斜拉桥为背景,对基于自主研制的XGZQ800/8型悬臂灌注造桥机的超大节段梁段悬臂施工技术进行研究。通过对造桥机结构体系的优化、创新,实现了适用于多种大跨桥梁的8 m大节段悬臂施工技术,解决了传统挂篮适用性差、抗倾覆系数低以及施工风险高的问题。现场应用表明,此悬臂施工技术在保证施工质量的同时,节约了成本,缩短了工期,可为类似大节段工况下悬臂施工提供借鉴。 With the increase of span of low tower cable-stayed bridge,the traditional hanging basket cantilever construction technology has been difficult to meet the needs of super-long segment girder cantilever construction.With the background of(44.5+108+2×200+108+44.5)m prestressed low tower cable-stayed bridge,the cantilever construction technology of super-large segment girder based on self-developed XGZQ800/8 cantilever pouring bridge fabrication machine is studied.Through the optimization and innovation of the bridge fabrication machine structure system,the 8 m large segment cantilever construction technology which is suitable for a variety of long-span bridges is realized.It solves the problems of poor applicability,low anti-overturning coefficient and high construction risk of traditional hanging basket.Field application shows that this cantilever construction technology can save cost and shorten construction period while ensuring construction quality.It can provide reference for cantilever construction under similar large segment condition.
