构建跨区域医联体助力少数民族地区健康扶贫实践与思考

Reflections on establishing cross-regional medical consortium for poverty alleviation by improving health care in minority areas

新时代“健康中国”战略背景下,健康扶贫已成为脱贫攻坚的重要领域和关键环节。组建医联体,充分发挥三级医院的引领作用,是提高基层医疗机构医疗服务水平和效率、推动健康扶贫的有效手段。攀枝花市中心医院自2006年逐步探索建立跨省、跨区域的医联体集团,并以健康扶贫需求为导向,精准发力,通过一系列举措助力少数民族地区医疗机构技术实力、学科建设、精细化管理水平等各方面实现跨越式的发展,为少数民族贫困地区优化医疗资源配置,助力健康扶贫作出了有益探索。

In the context of Healthy China Initiative, health program has become an important and vital part for poverty alleviation. Establishing medical consortium and giving full play to the leading role of tertiary hospitals are effective means to improve the service level and efficiency of grass-roots hospitals and promote the health program for poverty alleviation. Guided by the spirit of poverty relief, Panzhihua Central Hospital has gradually been exploring the establishment of cross-provincial and-regional medical consortium since 2006. Through a series of measures, the hospital has assisted medical institutions in minority areas in achieving leap-forward development in technology, discipline construction, and refined management. It has made beneficial explorations to optimize the allocation of medical resources and helped the poverty alleviation by improving health care in the minority areas.
