The moral construction in public hospitals is not only related to the healthy development of economy and society, but also conducive to safeguarding the basic health rights and interests of the people. Moreover, it plays a decisive role in promoting the high-quality development of hospitals. Therefore, we need to plan the path for the moral construction by way of systematically carrying out a logic and top-level design so as to build a clean and upright hospital culture from the perspectives of responsibility system, management mechanism, risk prevention and control, honesty education, rectification of key points, and online supervision.
