摘要
本研究以妇幼保健院文化建设为研究对象,总结了医院近年来对新时代的妇幼健康特色文化的探索与创新特征,分析打造具有妇幼特色的文化品牌对提升医院核心竞争力的意义,旨在为如何打造适合妇幼保健机构的特色文化进行有益的创新探索与实践。
With cultural construction of women and children’s hospitals as the research object, this study summarizes the characteristics of health care culture of women and children’s hospital in recent years, expounds the significance of building a cultural brand targeted for women and children to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital, and aims to carry out beneficial exploration and practice of how to build a characteristic culture suitable for maternity and child care institutions.
