新冠疫情背景下党建统领基层公立医院应急管理的实践与思考

Emergency management of grass-roots public hospitals directed by Party building during the COVID-19 pandemic

党的全面领导是战胜新冠肺炎疫情的根本保证。嘉善县中医医院党委总结分析了在2022年3月及5月系列疫情期间贯彻落实党中央及上级决策部署、党建统领疫情防控、有效调配应急人员的实践经验,为抗击新冠肺炎疫情、保障人民群众健康安全提供了强大支撑。同时,针对公立医院党组织如何在抗击新冠肺炎疫情实践中更好地发挥作用,提出了三个“加强”,即加强医院党的建设、加强卫生人才队伍建设、加强临床专科能力建设。

Party’s leadership is fundamental for guaranteeing a victory in the fight against COVID-19. The Party Committee of Jiashan Chinese Medicine Hospital has drawn experience in implementing the decisions by the Central Committee and other upper-level committees, carrying out prevention and control of the pandemic and effective deployment of emergency staff during March and May of 2022. The experience strongly supported the fight and ensured the public’s health and safety. Meanwhile, as for the question of how the Party organization in public hospitals can play a more effective role in combating the coronavirus, Jiashan Party committee puts forward three principles: stepping up Party building, improving the quality of health care professionals, and strengthening the building of clinical specialties.
