Grading accreditation of general hospital promotes the innovation and development of medical ethical review

医院等级评审对完善医学伦理机构建设、推动医学研究伦理审查深入开展具有极其重要的意义。通过回顾湛江中心人民医院2019—2022年医学伦理工作持续改进全过程,分析伦理组织重构、制度建设和伦理审查闭环管理等关键环节的经验与做法,探讨医院伦理审查运行管理持续改进的创新思路与实现路径,供同行参考。

Hospital grading accreditation is of great significance to improve the construction of medical ethics review institutions and promote the in-depth development of medical research ethics review. By reviewing the whole process of continuous improvement of ethics in the Central People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from 2019 to 2022, this paper analyzed experience and practices of key aspects such as ethical organization reconstruction, system construction, and closed-loop management of ethics review in order to explore the innovative ideas and path for continuous improvement of ethical work management and operation mode in hospitals for the reference.
