摘要
目的 探讨精益管理在缩短门诊采血高峰期患者等候时间中的应用效果。方法 成立精益管理项目团队,调查门诊采血高峰期患者等候情况,通过价值流图找到需要改善的爆炸点,应用5Why法找到根本原因,通过改善布局、制定标准化特殊医嘱处理流程、标准化采血操作流程等,比较整改前后患者等候时间。结果 精益管理整改后门诊采血高峰期患者平均等候时间、等候时间>15 min的占比均显著短于整改前(均P<0.001)。结论 运用精益管理方法能有效改善门诊采血流程,缩短门诊采血高峰期患者等候时间,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of lean production management in shortening the waiting time of patients in the peak period of the outpatient blood collection.Methods The waiting time of patients in the peak period of blood collection in the outpatient department was explored after establishing a lean production management project team. After that, the problems needed to be improved by applying the methods of value stream mapping and the basic roots with the method of 5 Whys were found out. Finally, after improving the layouts and establishing a standard special order process of doctors and standard blood collection procedures, the waiting time before and after intervention was compared.Results After the reform of lean production management, the proportion of patients’ average waiting time and waiting time greater than 15 minutes in the peak period of blood collection in the outpatient department were significantly shortened than that before the improvement(P<0.001).Conclusion Lean production management can effectively improve the process of blood collection and shorten the waiting time of patients in the peak period of blood collection in the outpatient department, so this method is worthy of popularization and application.
