广元市社区居民心肺复苏知信性现状及培训效果研究

Status quo of CPR knowledge and credibility and training effect of community residents in Guangyuan

目的 调查广元市社区居民对于公众心肺复苏(CPR)技能的认知情况以及进行培训之后的效果研究。方法 在2020年9月—12月,采取抽样调查对广元市社区共496名居民进行问卷调查以及进行技能培训。结果 在培训之前,居民对于心肺复苏的知晓率比较低,大多数人都未曾参加过相关培训,在参加培训之后再对社区居民进行考核,结果表明企事业机关人员群体对于心肺复苏的指征以及胸外按压的频率掌握得最好。结论 应该采用多种方法对居民进行CPR培训,提高居民的CPR知识以及技能,减少患者在入院前猝死率,提高在院前的急救成功率。

Objective To investigate the community residents’ cognition of public cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) skills in Guangyuan and the effect of CPR training.Methods A sampling survey was conducted among 496 residents in Guangyuan community from September, 2020 to December, 2020. They were trained with the CPR skills.Results Before the training, the resident’s awareness of CPR was relatively low. Most people had not participated in the relevant training. After the training, the staff from the enterprises and institutions had the best knowledge of the CPR indications and the frequency of chest compressions.Conclusion Various methods should be adopted to train residents on CPR so as to improve their CPR knowledge and skills, which can reduce the sudden death of patients before admission and improve the success rate of pre-hospital first aid.
