以问题为导向的学习方法(problem-based learning, PBL)是以问题作为导向的学习,PBL教学方式已经被各大医学院校广泛接受并在我国已进行了推广。在PBL教学中,案例是PBL教学中的关键所在。本文基于口腔全科诊疗中常见的病例讨论如何进行口腔全科PBL案例编写。明确PBL教学主旨、教学目的,探讨PBL案例编写的内容及流程。将开放性的问题和具体的教学目标统一,PBL案例的编写应遵循循序渐进的原则,PBL案例的编写应典型而富有代表性。口腔全科PBL案例的学习将有助于培养学生的自主学习能力、人际协调能力、团队合作能力和口腔全科临床思维的形成。

Problem-Based Learning(PBL) has been widely accepted in the medical education. The success of PBL teaching in general stomatology depends critically on cases quality. This paper focuses on the composition of PBL cases based on clinical general stomatology and looks into the composition contents and flowcharts by clarifying the gist and aims of PBL and aligning open questions with the specific learning aims. It also discusses the step-by-step principles for the composition, holding the view that PBL cases in the composition should be typical and representative. The collection of PBL cases will help students cultivate their abilities of self-study, interpersonal interaction, teamwork and clinical thinking in stomatology.
