新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间住院分娩产妇心理现状及影响因素分析

Mentalities and influencing factors of hospitalized parturient women during COVID-19 pandemic

目的 调查分析广州市新冠疫情期间住院分娩的产妇的心理现状及影响因素,为产妇心理健康支持提供参考。方法 选取2021年12月21日—2022年3月15日在南方医科大学两家附属医院住院分娩的产妇为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式对产妇的一般情况、心理状态及影响因素进行现状调查,运用描述性分析、单因素分析和logistic回归模型进行统计学分析。结果 1 569名产妇参与调查,2.3%以上的产妇经常有情绪低落,16.4%以上的产妇认为自己不能从容面对疫情。单因素分析显示:学历高、微信群支持与经常担忧紧张,医院支持、丈夫支持与不能从容面对疫情,亲友支持与周围人员关系不融洽,明显相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,医院方面的支持是影响产妇从容面对疫情的首要潜在因素。结论 疫情对产妇的心理状态有一定影响,医疗机构的专业支持利于产妇从容面对疫情,建议医院为产妇提供专业的心理健康支持。

Objective To investigate the mentalities and their influencing factors of hospitalized parturient women during COVID-19 pandemic in Guangzhou so as to provide references for parturient women mental health support. Methods Parturient women who delivered babies in two affiliated hospitals of Southern Medical University from December 21, 2021 to March 152022 were selected as the research subjects. The general situation, mentality and influencing factors of parturient women were investigated by questionnaires. Descriptive analysis, univariate analysis and Logistic regression were used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1 569 parturient women participated in the survey. More than 2.3% of them often felt depressed, and more than 16.4% thought they could not calmly face the pandemic. Univariate analysis showed that high education level and WeChat group support were significantly related with frequent worries and nervousness(P<0.05);hospital support and husband support were significantly related with their inability to calmly face the pandemic(P<0.05), and support from relatives and friends was significantly related with their inharmoniousness with people around them(P<0.05). By multivariate logistic regression, it was found that hospital support was the primary potential factor affecting parturient women to face the pandemic calmly.Conclusion The pandemic has a certain impact on the mentalities of parturient women. Professional support from medical institutions is beneficial for them to calmly face the pandemic. It is suggested that hospitals provide professional mental health support for parturient women.
