摘要
干扰素-γ是调节机体免疫的重要细胞因子,在肿瘤发生与进展中发挥关键作用。干扰素-γ在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发展中存在着复杂的作用机制。在肿瘤微环境中,干扰素-γ能在不同细胞间进行表达,从而发挥不同功能并受到明显调控。以往认为干扰素-γ始终发挥肿瘤抑制作用,但最新研究发现其可能会促进口腔鳞状细胞癌的进展。该文对目前干扰素-γ在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及功能进行了综述。
Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) is an important cytokine that regulates the body’s immunity and plays a key role in the occurrence and progression of tumors.IFN-γ has a complex mechanism of action in the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.In the tumor microenvironment, IFN-γ can be expressed in different cells, and thus play different functions and be regulated significantly.In the past, it was thought that IFN-γ was previously thought to have always played a tumor suppressor role, but the latest research has found that it may promote the progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.This article reviewed the current expression and function of IFN-γ in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
