益生菌治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展

采用传统的抗过敏药物治疗变应性鼻炎会引起一定的不良反应,影响患者健康,因此,寻找其他的治疗方式对于提高患者生活质量有重要意义。研究表明,益生菌可通过免疫调节患者肠道菌群紊乱,从而缓解机体过敏性症状。给予恰当的摄入数量时会对人体带来益处,且风险很小,在预防和治疗变应性鼻炎方面很有前景。该文对近年来益生菌治疗变应性鼻炎的研究进展进行了综述。
