摘要
为了研究余干乌骨鸡的早期生长发育规律,并对其屠宰性能进行评价,笔者采用Compertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性模型对0~8周龄余干乌骨鸡进行生长曲线拟合和分析,同时对180日龄余干乌骨鸡的屠宰性能进行了测定。结果表明,Logistic模型是拟合余干乌骨鸡生长曲线的最佳模型,拐点在5.66周龄,拐点体重为457.63 g。180日龄时,余干乌骨鸡公鸡和母鸡屠宰率分别为91.65%、90.59%,全净膛率分别为69.31%和61.37%。综上所述,余干乌骨鸡最适生长曲线拟合模型为Logistic,180日龄是较为适合的上市日龄。
This experiment was to study the early growth and development laws of Yugan black-bone chickens,and to evaluate the slaughter performance.The growth curves of 0-8 weeks Yugan black-bone chicken were fitted by three kinds of nonlinear models(Compertz,Logistic,Von Bertalanffy),and the slaughter performance of 180 days Yugan black-bone chickens was measured.The results showed that Logistic model was the best model to fit the growth curve of Yugan black-bone chicken.The inflection age was 5.66 weeks old,and the inflection weight was 457.63 g.The average slaughter rates of the 180-day-old male and female Yugan black-bone chicken were respectively 91.65%and 90.59%,the eviscerated rates were respectively 69.31%and 61.37%.In conclusion,the Logistic is the most suitable growth curve fitting model for Yugan black-bone chickens,and 180 days old is the most suitable market age.
