Protection and activation of Lingnan stock industrial heritage: renovation of Cheng’anwei Shipyard

工业遗产是工业发展过程中的重要遗存,是社会变革、城市发展的见证。城安围船厂是岭南地区重要的工业遗产保护项目,通过分析、归类原工业基地及建筑物现状,以项目开发及产业布局为定位,从“保留、融合、对比、活化”四个方面进行改造更新和活化利用。

Industrial heritage is an important relic during industrial development, and a witness to social changes and urban development. As an important industrial heritage protection project in Lingnan, the Cheng’anwei Shipyard Renovation Project has been transformed, updated and revitalized from the aspects of “preservation, integration, comparison and activation” based on the analysis and classification of the current status of the original industrial base and buildings,and the positioning of the project development strategy and industrial layout.
