城市数字化转型中的数据安全风险及防范对策

Data Security Risks and Preventive Countermeasures in Urban Digital Transformation

在大数据时代,数据早已成为社会经济发展的重要驱动力,数字化也成为众多城市转型的目标选择。但在这一过程中,由于数据主体规模迅速膨胀、监管方式滞后以及网民数据安全意识欠缺等原因,数据安全风险成为制约城市数字化转型中面临的关键难题。基于此,本文从相关法律法规的贯彻落实、数字平台市场行为的监管以及网民数据安全素养的提升三个层面探讨了城市数字化转型中数据安全风险防范的对策。

In the era of big data,data has already become an important driving force for social and economic development,and digitization has also become the target choice for many urban transformations.However,in this process,due to the rapid expansion of the scale of data subjects,the lag in supervision methods,and the lack of data security awareness of netizen,data security risks have become a key problem that restricts the digital transformation of cities.Based on this,this paper discusses the countermeasures for data security risk prevention in the digital transformation of cities from three aspects:the implementation of relevant laws and regulations,the supervision of digital platform market behavior,and the improvement of netizen data security literacy.
