多发性侵财类案件是典型的传统犯罪,其对人民生命财产安全造成严重危害。打击侵财类犯罪是公安机关的基本工作之一。在多种侵财类犯罪中,盗窃是占比最高的犯罪类型。在新的社会背景下,盗窃类侵财犯罪逐渐发展出职业化、团队化、专业化特征,为了应对新的犯罪形势,运用新的侦查思维和侦查措施精准侦防,发展警务大数据侦查模式便成为了新时代情报主导警务战略下打击犯罪新命题的应有之义。推进警务大数据视角下对多发性侵财类案件的侦防对策研究,其实质是对传统侵财犯罪侦查措施的扬弃和发展;其根本目的是为了进一步贯彻落实公安部要求,深入研究新形势下犯罪活动的规律特点,完善打击犯罪的新机制、新手段,做到更快破大案、更多破小案、更准办好案、更好控发案。
