摘要
为提高赤泥的综合利用率,本文针对赤泥提铝渣进行钛的分离试验研究。本试验分为选矿试验和酸浸试验,前者又细分为重选试验、摇床试验、磁选试验和浮选试验。初步研究结果表明,在试验条件下,选矿不能实现赤泥提铝渣中钛的分离与富集,而酸浸可使大部分钛浸出到溶液中。采用酸浸方式处理赤泥提铝渣,为钛的回收提供了可能性。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of red mud, the separation experiment of titanium from the aluminum extraction slag of red mud is studied in this paper. This experiment is divided into beneficiation test and acid leaching test, the former is subdivided into gravity separation test, shaking table test, magnetic separation test and flotation test. The preliminary study results show that under the experimental conditions, the separation and enrichment of titanium from the aluminum extraction slag of red mud can not be realized by beneficiation, while acid leaching can leach most of titanium into the solution. The acid leaching method is used to treat the aluminum extraction slag of red mud, which provides a possibility for the recovery of titanium.
