贵州省碳达峰现状与路径分析

Analysis on the Status and Path of Carbon Peak in Guizhou Province

我国不同区域在经济水平、社会发展、资源禀赋与能源结构上差异较大,实现碳达峰的时间与路径存在差异。贵州省是经济相对落后但发展速度较快的省份,能源结构仍以燃煤为主,面临比较严重的经济发展与降低碳排放的压力。本研究考察了国内碳达峰最新进展,以贵州省为例,从能源改革、产业结构、绿色金融、低碳工业、碳移除与负排放技术以及生态碳汇等方面提出了碳达峰的潜在路径。

Different regions in China have great differences in economic level, social development, resource endowment and energy structure, and there are differences in the time and path to achieve carbon peak. Guizhou Province is a relatively backward but fast developing province, and its energy structure is still dominated by coal, it faces relatively serious pressure of economic development and reducing carbon emissions. This study reviews the latest progress of carbon peak in China,and puts forward the potential path of carbon peak by taking Guizhou Province as an example from the aspects of energy reform, industrial structure, green finance, low-carbon industry, carbon removal and negative emission technology, and ecological carbon sink.
