摘要
面对干熄焦工艺大型化、自动化、低能耗的发展方向,提出了工业互联网的干熄焦智慧系统。通过对工业数据的采集、储存、分析,并把处理后的数据同步至工业互联网平台,利用系统内上下层级之间的联动控制模型,实现高效、精确、稳定、安全的干熄焦智能化生产。
In this paper,with the development trend of large-scale,automatic and low energy consumption of CDQ process,an intelligent system based on industrial Internet for CDQ production is proposed.Through collection,storage and analysis of industrial data,the processed data is synchronized to the industrial Internet platform,and the linkage control model between the upper and lower levels in the system is used to achieve CDQ intelligent production in manner of efficiency,accuracy,stability and safety.
