基于解释结构模型的供应链韧性促进因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 供应链韧性是企业在当今复杂动态的环境中保持竞争力的关键,推动建立供应链韧性的因素可称为促进因素。本文采用解释结构模型和交叉影响矩阵相乘法研究供应链韧性的形成过程,分析供应链韧性促进因素以及各因素间的层次结构关系。分析得到了具有七个层级的影响因素结构,并根据驱动力和依赖力对促进因素进行分类,将其分为表面层依赖因素、具体层联动因素和输入层驱动因素三大类,根据促进因素间的层次作用关系对构建韧性供应链提出了布局积累驱动层因素的能力、规划整合具体层联动因素并培养表面层依赖因素的对策建议,为供应链韧性的实证研究提供了一个理论框架。 Supply chain resilience(SCRes)is the key for companies to maintain competitive in today's complex and dynamic environments,where the factors that promote the establishment of SCRes can be called enablers.In this paper,interpretive structure modeling and Matriced'Impacts Croises-Multiplication Appliance Classement are used to study the formation process of SCRes,and to analyze the enablers of SCRes and the hierarchical relationship among the enablers.The analysis obtained a seven-level enablers structure,classified the enablers according to the driving power and the dependence power,and divided them into three categories including surface layer dependence factors,specific layer linkage factors and input layer driving factors.The hierarchical relationships among enablers put forward countermeasures and suggestions for building SCRes including laying out the ability to accumulate drivers,planing and integrating specific linkage factors and providing the cultivation of surface layer dependence factors,which provides a framework for empirical research on SCRes.
