城市场景需求下中压直流配电网规划的选优分析方案

Optimal Analysis Scheme of Medium Voltage DC Distribution Network Planning Under the Requirements of Urban Scene

常规的配电网规划方案中,主要以电能质量与可靠性为主,无法平衡配电网的供需关系,导致配电网规划的网损费用升高。因此,设计了基于城市场景需求下的中压直流配电网规划方案优化方法。生成配电网城市场景需求,具体分析中压直流配电网的供需平衡关系,再根据场景需求建立供需平衡规划指标。通过量化配电网规划的环境成本,构建中压直流配电网的规划模型,从而实现配电网的灵活性资源规划。采用对比实验的方式验证了该方案的规划效果更佳,网损成本更低,能够应用于实际生活中。

The conventional distribution network planning scheme mainly focuses on power quality and reliability,which can not balance the supply and demand relationship of the distribution network,resulting in the increase of the network loss cost of distribution network planning.Therefore,an optimization method of medium voltage DC distribution network planning scheme based on urban scene requirements is designed.Generate the city scene demand of distribution network,analyze the supply-demand balance relationship of medium voltage DC distribution network in detail,and then establish the planning index of supply-demand balance according to the scene demand.By quantifying the environmental cost of distribution network planning,the medium voltage DC distribution network planning model is constructed,so as to realize the flexible resource planning of distribution network.By means of comparison experiment,it is verified that the scheme has better planning effect and lower network loss cost,and can be applied in real life.
