设计了一种便携式高集成化卫星通信终端箱,将卫星传输设备及相关的业务设备、音视频设备、散热单元、供电单元等以板卡排列方式集成,从而组合成一款性能优良的一体机产品,使其具备便携性强、集成度高、操作性能优等特点。采用新型板式组合散热器,在保持箱体完整密封性的前提下,可以高效排出卫星通信终端箱内部的热量,有效解决卫星通信终端箱的散热和密封性问题。

This paper designs and implements a portable and highly integrated satellite communication terminal box,which integrates the satellite transmission equipment and related business equipment,audio and video equipment,heat dissipation unit,power supply unit,etc.In the form of card arrangement,so as to form an all-in-one product with excellent performance,which has the characteristics of strong portability,high integration and excellent operation performance.The new plate type combined radiator can efficiently discharge the heat inside the satellite communication terminal box and effectively solve the heat dissipation and sealing problems of the satellite communication terminal box on the premise of maintaining the integrity and sealing of the box.
