基于中国式现代化的高职院校人才培养探究

Research on Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Chinese Path to Modernization

中国式现代化是人类文明进步的新形态,为高职院校人才培养高质量升级提供了依据。中国式现代化是高职院校人才的新方向和思想方法宝库,并且可以有效增强高职院校人才培养的适应性和服务性。然而,受宏观、中观和微观三个层次因素的影响,当前高职院校人才培养主要存在党的全面领导有待加强、高质量育人体系尚未形成以及办学理念和服务能力与时代发展匹配质量不高等问题,制约了高职院校助力实现中国式现代化目标的质量和水平。因此,建议坚持和加强党的全面领导,构建以党的领导为中心高质量人才培养体系;贯彻新发展理念,全面更新和升级高职育人要素配置;服务和科研齐头并进,增强高职教育的适应性;将中国式现代化本质要求精准融入人才培养,增强高职人才培养的时代性。

Chinese path to modernization is a new form of human civilization and progress, which provides a basis for high-quality upgrading of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Chinese path to modernization is a new direction and treasure house of thinking methods for talents in higher vocational colleges, and can effectively enhance the adaptability and service of talent training in higher vocational colleges. However, due to the influence of macro, meso and micro factors, the current talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges mainly has the problems including the overall leadership of the CCP needs to be strengthened, the high-quality education system has not yet been formed, and the school running concept and service ability are not well matched with the development of the times, which restrict the quality and level of higher vocational colleges to help achieve the goal of Chinese path to modernization. Therefore, it is suggested to adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the CCP and build a high-quality talent training system centered on the leadership of the CCP;Implement the new development concept,comprehensively update and upgrade the allocation of higher vocational education elements;Service and scientific research go hand in hand to enhance the adaptability of higher vocational education;Accurately integrate the target characteristics of Chinese path to modernization into talent training, and enhance the timeliness of talent training in higher vocational education.
