摘要
为提升过滤器反冲洗控制效果,设计基于PLC的化工提纯过滤器反冲洗控制系统。该系统利用压力传感器实时监测化工固体杂质过滤器与网式过滤器的工作状态,采集过滤器的压力值传输至PLC,利用三次样条函数插值算法补偿采集的压力值,提升压力值采集精度。实验证明:该系统可精准采集过滤器的压力值;该系统可有效控制过滤器的反冲洗过程,缩短反冲洗时间,提升反冲洗控制效果;节约反冲洗时用水量与用电量。
In order to improve the control effect of filter backwashing, the backwashing control system of chemical purification filter based on PLC was designed. In this system, the pressure sensor is used to monitor the working state of chemical solid impurities filter and net filter in real time, the pressure value of the filter is collected and transmitted to PLC, and the cubic spline function interpolation algorithm is used to compensate the collected pressure value, so as to improve the accuracy of the collected pressure value.The experiment shows that the system can accurately collect the pressure value of the filter. The system can effectively control the backwash process of the filter, shorten the backwash time and improve the control effect of backwash. Save water and electricity consumption when backwashing.
