基于模糊综合评判的雷电风险自动评估系统

摘要 雷电风险判断大多通过历史数据进行雷电评估,容易导致评估的结果存在主观性较强、评估结果科学性差问题,为此提出基于模糊综合评判的雷电风险自动评估系统,通过评估原则挑选风险评估阈值,规定分量处理风险,依靠所提供条件给予评估标准,同时挑选最优项,使用模糊综合评判法确定最优项评判对象的因素论域与评判等级论域,组建隶属函数评判标准的模糊权向量,依靠最大隶属度原则,给出评判对象的综合评判结果。实例证明设计系统,能够较为客观地证明方法的实用性,能将评判误差降至最低。 Lightning risk assessment is mostly based on historical data, which easily leads to the problems of strong subjectivity and poor scientificity of evaluation results. Therefore, an automatic lightning risk assessment system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed, which selects risk assessment threshold through evaluation principles, specifies component processing risk,gives evaluation criteria depending on the conditions provided, and selects the most appropriate risk. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the factor universe and evaluation level universe of the optimal item evaluation object,and the fuzzy weight vector of the evaluation standard of the membership function is established, and the comprehensive evaluation results of the evaluation object are given based on the principle of maximum membership degree. Examples show that the lightning risk assessment system designed can objectively prove the practicability of the method. The lightning risk varies with the location of buildings, and the characteristics of lightning activities in different periods are also different.
