基于健康风险评价的学生耐力素质评价指标自动检测

摘要 为了对学生耐力水平做出准确判断,提出基于健康风险评价的学生耐力素质评价指标自动检测。划分身高等级,根据体重数据划分学生形体类型,结合肺活量情况,完成健康风险评价;将耐力跑与台阶测试作为耐力素质评价指标,求解指标的概率分布,计算两个评价指标所占权重;确定系统整体结构,编写上位机中数据库与人机交互界面操作流程;将射频技术与LoRa无线通信技术相结合,选择上位机软件计时方案,定义摄氧量获取方法,根据最大摄氧量检测出耐力素质情况。仿真实验证明,该方法能够准确检测出耐力素质状况,且自动化程度较高,避免数据丢失。 In order to make an accurate judgment of students’ endurance level, this paper proposes an automatic detection of students’ endurance quality evaluation index based on health risk assessment. It divides the height grade, divides the students’ body type according to the weight data, and completes the health risk assessment combined with the vital capacity;takes the endurance run and step test as the endurance quality evaluation index, solves the probability distribution of the index, and calculates the weight of the two evaluation indexes;determines the overall structure of the system, writes the operation process of the database and human-computer interface in the upper computer;integrates the radio frequency technology combined with Lora wireless communication technology, the timing scheme of upper computer software is selected, the method of obtaining oxygen uptake is defined,and the endurance quality is detected according to the maximum oxygen uptake. Simulation results show that this method can accurately detect the endurance quality status, and has a high degree of automation to avoid data loss.
