BIM技术的日益成熟使其在装配式建筑领域获得了较为广泛的应用与发展。在装配式建筑建设工程的全过程管理中,BIM技术的价值与积极影响愈发显著,其不仅能够全面性地提升装配式建筑的建设质量与工程管理水平,还能够为建筑领域的后续发展提供长久动力,对整体社会经济效益的进步亦有一定的促进作用。本文主要以装配式建筑全过程管理为研究背景,重点分析了BIM技术在该领域的应用方向与具体措施,以期望能够为相关学者以及后续工程夯实理论基础。

With theincreasing maturity of BIM technology,it has been widely applied and developed in the field of prefabricated construction.In the whole process management of prefabricated building construction projects,the value and positive influence of BIM technology are becoming more and more significant.It can not only comprehensively improve the construction quality and project management level of prefabricated buildings,but also provide long-term power for the subsequent development of the construction field and promote the progress of the overall social and economic benefits to a certain extent.With the whole process management of prefabricated buildings as the research background,this paper focuses on analyzing the application direction and specific measures of BIM technology in this field,hoping to lay a solid theoretical foundation forrelevant scholars and subsequent projects.
