摘要
国家超级计算济南中心项目防静电活动地板架空高度为1700mm,地板下管道、线槽种类多、尺寸大,造成其地板安装难度大,传统的固定式地板支撑型式已无法满足安装需求。该项目通过设计一种双层钢龙骨的支撑系统架构并经过结构验算,实现了高架空防静电活动地板的快速、灵活安装并满足既定质量目标。
The height of most anti-static raised floors in the National Supercomputing Center in Jinan is 1700mm.There are many types of large-size pipes and trunking under the floor which make it difficult to install anti-static raised floors.The traditional floor support form can no longer meet the installation needs.This project designs ansupport frame system of double-layer steel skeleton that has passed structural check,and it can achieve the quick installation and established quality goals of the anti-static floor.
