摘要
基于装配式钢混梁-柱螺栓连接节点单调加载试验,运用ABAQUS对节点进行数值模拟,通过对不同构造参数的梁-柱节点进行对比,提取荷载-位移曲线,分析螺栓直径、端板厚度、轴压比以及配筋率等参数变化对装配式钢筋混凝土梁-柱螺栓连接节点的影响。结果表明,螺栓直径与端板厚度超过18 mm后,其改变对于节点的力学性能影响较小,单调加载下,增大轴压比会使极限承载力和初始转动能力降低,轴压比取0.4较为适宜;提高配筋率可以使极限承载力和初始转动能力提高,配筋率为1.06%性价比最高,最直接影响节点力学性能的因素是轴压比和配筋率。
Based on the monotonic loading experiment of prefabricated steel-concrete beam-column bolted joint, ABAQUS was used for numerical simulation, and the impact of different parameters on nodes was studied by comparing the load-displacement curves of different nodes. The results show that when the bolt diameter exceeds 18 mm, its variation almost does not affect the mechanical properties of the joint, and the same is true for the change of the end plate thickness.Under monotonic loading, increasing the axial compression ratio will make the ultimate bearing capacity and initial rotational capacity lower, and 0.4 is more appropriate. Increasing the reinforcement ratio will make the ultimate bearing capacity and rotational capacity higner, and 1.06% is the most suitable. The most direct factors affecting the mechanical properties of the joint are axial compression ratio and reinforcement ratio.
