摘要
为了解决城市轨道交通减振降噪问题,实现减振降噪施工的高精准、高质量以及高成效,针对施工特点和难点,提高轨道降噪质量,采用了更换浮轨扣件、安装钢轨阻尼、预制钢弹簧浮置板道床等措施,经研究发现浮轨扣件+安装钢轨阻尼相比较普通扣件降噪性能更高,由于传统的钢弹簧浮置板采用现场绑扎钢筋笼、现场浇筑混凝土的方式施工,存在施工效率低、作业环境差、施工质量难以保证等问题,而预制钢弹簧浮置板在保证减振水平的同时,可提高轨道结构的铺设精度和施工效率,美观整洁,是现有钢弹簧浮置板整体道床的首选结构形式。
In order to solve the problem of urban rail transit damping noise reduction,realizes the vibration noise reduction construction preciseness,high quality,and deploy productively,in view of the construction characteristics and difficulties,improve the quality of rail noise,the replacement of floating rail fastener,installation rail damping,prefabricated steel spring floating slab track and other measures,the study found floating rail fastener + installation damping compared with common rail fastener noise reduction performance is higher. Due to the traditional steel spring floating plate adopted the way of binding reinforcing cage,in situ concrete construction,construction efficiency is low,poor working environment,hard to ensure the construction quality problems,and the prefabricated steel spring floating slab on vibration level at the same time,can improve the efficiency of laying precision of the track structure and construction,beautiful and clean. It is the preferred structure of existing steel spring floating slab integral track bed.
