某双桥面钢桁架拱梁组合体系施工监控研究

摘要 以一座双层三跨连续钢桁架系杆拱桥为工程背景,对结构应力、变位及吊杆索力进行施工监测。利用Midas Civil确定桥梁监控指标,通过建立施工监控体系,对施工全过程桥梁结构参数进行分析。监控结果表明:主要施工阶段桥梁控制断面实测应力趋势与理论值较吻合;桥梁构件预拼及架设阶段以及成桥后,主要控制指标满足规范及设计要求。 Based on bridge construction monitoring and control of a 3-span continuous steel struss tied-arch bridge with double deck, structural stress, displacement and suspender cable force are monitored. Bridge monitoring indexes are determined by analyzing with Midas Civil software, and the bridge structure parameters in the whole process of construction are analyzed through the establishment of construction monitoring system. The bridge monitoring results show that the stress trend is consistent with the theoretical value in whole main construction stages;the main control indexes meet the specification and design requirements during pre-assembly and erection stage of bridge components and after completion of the bridge.
