静压转台油膜微倾斜参数下的热影响仿真研究

摘要 基于计算流体动力学及传热学理论,以周向可倾式油垫静压转台润滑油膜为对象,选择32号液压油为润滑介质,建立润滑油黏温方程,在0~30 t载荷工况条件,数值计算不同工况微倾斜参数下的油膜热场,揭示出静压转台油膜微倾斜参数下的热影响规律.结果表明:油膜的热场温度值分布不均匀,局部有明显的高温区,油膜微倾斜参数对油膜平均温度值影响不大,但对油膜热场的最高温度值影响很大,不同微倾斜参数下的各工况油膜平均温升约5 K,最薄油膜处的油膜最高温升约14 K,微倾斜参数下油膜润滑较适用于重载工况条件. Based on computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer theory to circumferential tilting type oil pad oil film of hydrostatic turntable as the object,select 32#hydraulic oil for lubrication medium,lubricating oil glue temperature equation,in 0~30 t load working conditions,numerical calculation of oil film under different oil film micro tilt parameter thermal field,reveal the static pressure oil film micro tilt angular parameters under thermal effect.The results show that the thermal field temperature distribution of oil film is not uniform,and there are obvious high temperature regions locally.The parameters of oil film slight tilt have little effect on the average temperature of oil film,but have great effect on the maximum temperature of oil film thermal field.The average temperature rise of oil film is about 5 K under different micro-tilt parameters,and the maximum temperature rise of oil film at the thinnest is about 14 K.The micro-tilt parameters are more suitable for heavy load conditions.
