一种快速识别Fe^(3+)的苯并噻唑类探针及其在生物成像和复合纳米纤维膜中的应用

摘要 本文合成了一种基于苯并噻唑类的Fe^(3+)荧光探针(BZ),并用1H NMR和ESI-HRMS对其进行了表征.探针BZ对Fe^(3+)表现出良好的灵敏性和选择性“关闭”荧光反应.此外,BZ探针具有低细胞毒性和高pH稳定性,成功实现了在水体实样和HepG2细胞中检测Fe^(3+).为了便于实时实地监测Fe^(3+),采用静电纺丝法制备了BZ复合荧光纳米纤维膜,纳米膜对Fe^(3+)的选择性响应优于其他离子.实验结果表明,探针BZ对体外和体内的Fe^(3+)检测具有潜在的应用价值. In the present work,an easy-to-prepare benzothiazole-based Fe^(3+)fluorescent probe(BZ)was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and ESI-HRMS.As expected,it showed an excellent sensitive and selective“turn-off”fluorescent response toward ferric ion.Furthermore,probe BZ with low cytotoxicity and high pH stability was successful implementation of detection Fe^(3+)in the real water samples and living HepG2 cells,For on-site monitoring,BZ-hybridized fluorescent nanofibrous film was successfully prepared by electrospinning.And the nanofilms could be selectively response to Fe^(3+)over other metal ions and anions,which determined its potential value of practical application in vitro and in vivo.
