悬浮固化分散液液微萃取气相色谱法测定塑料保鲜膜浸泡液中的DBP

Determination of DBP in Plastic Film Soaking Solutions by Suspension Solidification Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Micro-Extraction Gas Chromatography

摘要 本文采用悬浮固化分散液液微萃取气相色谱法测定了塑料保鲜膜浸泡液中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP).实验优化了萃取剂体积、分散剂体积、萃取时间、涡旋时间等参数.以1-十二醇为萃取剂,乙醇为分散剂,最佳条件如下:萃取剂用量为15μL,分散剂用量1.3 mL,涡旋1 min,4000 r·min^(-1)离心5 min后,放入冰箱冷冻5 min.该方法对DBP的线性范围为1.0~600.0μg·L^(-1),检出限为0.10μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差为8.7%(n=6),回收率为89%~108%,目标化合物的富集倍数约为294倍,可满足塑料中DBP迁移量的分析要求. In this paper,the dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in plastic film soaking solutions was determined by suspension solidification dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction combined with gas chromatography(GC).The optimum conditions were investigated in the extraction volume,dispersant volume,extraction time and other parameters.The optimum conditions are as follows:15μL 1-dodecanol,1.3 mL ethanol,1min for vortexing,5 min for centrifugating at 4000 r·min^(-1) and 5 min cooling down in the refrigator.The linear range was 1.0~600.0μg·L^(-1) with a limit of detecion of 0.10μg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation of 3.2%(n=6),the recoveries between 89%~108%and an enrichment factor of 294 times.This method could meet the requirements of DBP migration analysis in plastic film.
